Anxiety and depression often go hand-in-hand. Think of it as a cycle. You feel anxious in a social situation because you lack self-confidence. Later, you berate yourself for what you said or did. Shame and depression set in — and the cycle starts all over again.
Internet Addiction
I offer judgment-free therapy for people seeking to regain control over their internet and technology use. Internet addiction isn’t currently recognized as a diagnosis by the DSM-V, but I believe it’s one of the most important concerns of our digital age.
