Yes. Therapy offers a non- judgmental space for you to process your thoughts and emotions and get to truly know yourself. I will admit it though, therapy does take some work and can get uncomfortable. Having said that, it’s my experience that people leave therapy feeling better and knowing themselves more deeply.

I’ve put a lot of time and effort into my website to convey who I am I and how I work. I also offer a free 20-minute consultation for us to get to know each other a bit and provide you an opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
Yes, I am currently seeing in-person clients on Mondays and Tuesdays in my office in Hayes Valley.
The first session is about me getting a sense of who you are, how you got here, and whether we a good fit for one another. This is last piece is imperative as research has shown that the greatest predictor for successful therapy is the quality of the relationship between the client and the therapist.
Individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes whereas relationship therapy sessions are 75 minutes.
I am an in-network provider with Aetna. For other insurance plans, I can provide a monthly superbill that you may submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement, depending on your coverage.
My fee is $225 for individual sessions and $250 for couples and relationships.
I do have limited slots for sliding scale services for those that need.
I require a 48-hour notice of cancellation or you will need to pay for the appointment. When possible, I do my best to try and reschedule you later in the week. I understand life happens and emergencies are unplanned, so I do make occasional exceptions.
